Who said, “all our bungalows are old”?

I was very surprised and excited when I stepped into this 2005 Westview home yesterday.  Not only is it nice- move in ready…it still has the “new home” scent! This spacious 4bedroom 2bth home is one for entertaining- with a very open layout on the first floor. You enter into the living room and the open kitchen is to the right.  The kitchen does have an eating bar to separate it form the dining area.  The spacious master bedroom is in the main level. The master bath is lovely with his and her sinks, spa tub, separate shower and a linen closet! (I really would like to know what kind of tile was used for the floor- the tile really does add to the luxury feel.)  HUGE maintained backyard *jealous* , and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.  The upstairs actully has a landing separating the two bedrooms (sort of like a room mate plan-one room on the front side of the house- the other facing the back!)  Bring your appliances and let’s make an offer! …Did I forget to mention the best part? The asking price is 128K
